Meet us in Kampala

5 July 2019 | From 22nd-23rd July, the Global Distributors Collective (GDC) will organise a Last Mile Distribution Event for its members. GDC, a collective of over 100 last mile distribution companies coordinated by Practical Action, was launched in November 2018 with the support of several institutions, including GET.invest donors European Union and Germany. The aim is to help make life-changing products such as solar lights and clean cookstoves affordable and available to all.

The GDC member event in Kampala, Uganda will create a dedicated space for members to learn from each other, build new partnerships, and explore opportunities to accelerate their businesses. On its second day, GET.invest Finance Catalyst advisor Jeannetta Craigwell-Graham will speak about investment readiness and access to finance, alongside USAID, the Clean Cooking Alliance and SIMA.
