Amsterdam, The Netherlands ― Gogla with the support of the RECP carried out a seminar on achieving successful public-private sector cooperation on sustainable development goals. The seminar took place on 31 May, 2018 directly after the GOGLA AGM at the Koninklijk Instituut voor de Tropen in Amsterdam. A total of 167 delegates took part in the RECP seminar.
During this session, participants learned about the latest insights and new developments on key success factors to build public-private partnerships. Moreover, participants and speakers took part in a discussion on how the off-grid solar industry can accelerate real progress on electricity access in developing countries, and which lessons can be drawn from earlier successes for future cooperation.
