Description
Climate Investor One (CI1) is a blended finance facility investing in renewable energy infrastructure projects in emerging markets. CI1 offers financing for the entire lifecycle of a project, from design to construction and into operations. The debt financing component funds up to 50% of the planning and development stage of a project and offers technical assistance. CI1 focuses on solar PV, run-of-river hydro and onshore and near-shore wind.
