Spark Invest Inventory Financing Facility
Current as of: 2025-11-13
Description
Spark Invest Inventory Financing Facility offers distributors of its solar home systems an inventory financing facility covering 85% of the contract value, repayable over a period of up to three years. Upon financing approval, distributors are required to make a 5% down payment, followed by an additional 10% down payment upon shipment of goods. This arrangement allows distributors to receive products without impacting their cash flow. The remaining 85% can be paid in equal instalments over up to three years. This facility enables distributors to align debt repayments with collections from solar home system users.
