Description
The Efficiency for Access Research and Development Fund was launched in 2018 and aims to accelerate innovation in off-and weak-grid appliance technologies. The Fund invests in research and development (R&D) projects to accelerate the availability, affordability, efficiency and performance of low energy inclusive appliances that are particularly suited to developing country contexts. Since 2018, the Efficiency for Access Research and Development Fund has provided over £5million of support across 38 projects.
