Mobilising Renewable Energy Investment

SolarPower Europe and GET.invest have joined forces to realise broad and sustained market development of renewable energies in Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific (ACP) region. As part of this partnership, SolarPower Europe is organising a free webinar on mobilising renewable energy investment in the African, Caribbean and Pacific region. Taking place on 27 February 2020, the webinar will serve to introduce support available to project and business developers planning to get active in this region. Silvia Ainio from the European Union’s Directorate-General for International Cooperation and Development will open the webinar with an overview of the EU’s role and support in promoting investment in renewable energy. Damien Ricordeau who is the CEO of Finergreen will also cover renewable energy financing needs from an industry perspective later on in the webinar.
