Description
The Fundação para o Desenvolvimento da Comunidade (FDC) and GIZ, through the Energising Development (EnDev) and Grüne Bürgerenergie (GBE) Programmes in Mozambique, jointly set up the Fundo de Acesso Sustentável às Energias Renováveis - FASER Fund. The Fund provides results-based financing to companies and organisations operating in the value and distribution chains of renewable energy technology markets.

About
The Foundation for Community Development (FDC) is a non-governmental and non-profit organisation founded and registered in 1994 that seeks to strengthen communities' capacity to overcome poverty and promote social justice in Mozambique. FDC works to improve the living conditions of vulnerable groups (children, adolescents, youths, and women, especially girls in reproductive age, orphan and vulnerable children, people living with HIV/AIDS) through the growth of development of locally based capacities.
