Description
OPES-LCEF, through Restart Catalyst, provides patient capital to early-stage impact enterprises in East Africa. Restart Catalyst provides seed or pre-seed capital in the form of an impact-linked loan with the interest rates linked to impact and gender objectives. OPES-LCEF invests in companies operating in the clean energy, sustainable agriculture and mobility and transport sectors with ticket sizes between $120,000 and $250,000.
