Description
REPIC supports innovative, practice- and market-oriented projects by Swiss companies, NGOs and institutions in partnership with local companies operating in OECD DAC countries. The project must be in the field of renewable energies and/or energy efficiency and/or resource efficiency (waste, waste water and industrial processes). REPIC offers two grants, the REPIC Pilot: the project must be in the pre-commercial phase (market-oriented pilot phase, concrete economic or technical proof of concept, no studies) and the REPIC Rollout: the project must be in an early commercial phase and has already successfully completed a prototype or pilot phase. REPIC’s contribution will not exceed 50% of the project’s cost, nor the maximum amount of EUR 160,000 for the REPIC Pilot or EUR 530,000 for the REPIC Rollout.

REPIC (Renewable Energy, Energy and Resource Efficiency Promotion in International Cooperation) is an interdepartmental platform to promote renewable energy, energy and resource efficiency in international cooperation. REPIC is managed and funded by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN) and the Swiss Federal Office of Energy (SFOE).
