Renewable Energy for Agriculture (RE4AGRI)

Zimbabwe’s agriculture sector is at a pivotal moment in its clean energy transition. On 08–09 September 2026, the Renewable Energy for Agriculture Conference (RE4Agri 2026) will bring together key stakeholders from the energy, agribusiness, finance and policy sectors at the Rainbow Towers Hotel and Conference Centre in Harare to explore how renewable energy can accelerate sustainable agricultural transformation.

Hosted by the EU Delegation (EUD) to Zimbabwe, GET.invest Zimbabwe and the Renewable Energy Association of Zimbabwe (REAZ), the conference will focus on unlocking the potential of renewable energy across agri-value chains while fostering cross-sector dialogue, partnerships and investment. The event will also mark the official launch of the GET.invest country window in Zimbabwe, strengthening support for clean energy investment in the country.

Bringing together investors, project developers, policymakers, financial institutions and agricultural businesses, RE4Agri 2026 will provide a platform to exchange practical solutions, showcase opportunities and forge partnerships that advance sustainable agriculture and renewable energy in Zimbabwe and across the region.
